All 13 tribal boys held hostage in Muzaffarnagar were freed
Police have brought all 13 tribal boys, including 11 minors of Garbandh village hostage in Muzaffarnagar, bordering Uttar Pradesh, to Sri Banshidhar Nagar safely late on Thursday night. Along with this, the police is trying to arrest the accused of taking these children hostage.

Police have brought all 13 tribal boys, including 11 minors of Garbandh village hostage in Muzaffarnagar, bordering Uttar Pradesh, to Sri Banshidhar Nagar safely late on Thursday night. Along with this, the police is trying to arrest the accused of taking these children hostage. Giving information about this, the police station in-charge Pankaj Kumar Tiwari said that on the application of Birjhu Oraon, resident of Garbandh village, a case was registered on July 19 under police station case number 128/21 Section 370, 370 (5) Bhadvi and 79 Juvenile Justice Act.
16 children, including 11 minors from the tribal community of Garbandh village, were taken to Muzaffarnagar by the contractor Arun Singh village Siddhi Kala, Thana Churk district, Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh, by luring them to work. He was taken there and kept hostage. In order to rescue him safely, the team was sent to Muzaffarnagar after forming a 10-member police team in the light of the instructions of the Superintendent of Police, Garhwa, Sub-Divisional Police Officer and Police Inspector Shri Banshidhar Nagar.
A total of 13 children have been brought back safely with the help of team members and Muzaffarnagar Police. 3 children had already returned home after running away. The police team included Puani Rahul Kumar, Puani Ajit Kumar Soni, Paripuani Surya Prakash Dubey, Havildar Lal Bahadur Singh, constable Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Gopal Baitha, Nirbhay Kumar Singh, Dashrath Baitha, Kameshwar Kumar Mahato and Satish Kumar Ohdar.
