It is noteworthy that last year the father of these children, Kanhai Ram, had died due to drowning in the canal. Due to this, the problem of raising children had arisen in front of the mother. Here due to the death of the mother, the shadow of both the parents rose from the heads of the children. The children are completely broken by this. In this situation, ex-MLA Mehta assured to take care of the three daughters of the deceased including 17-year-old Aarti Kumari, 12-year-old Chandni Kumari, 10-year-old Anjali Kumari and 6-year-old son Chandan Kumar. In the presence of the villagers, the former MLA took the responsibility of taking care of these 4 orphaned children, then the villagers praised this decision tremendously.
Thanked him. During this, the former MLA said that after talking to the Deputy Commissioner of Palamu on the phone, he told the condition of the destitute children. He talked about providing compensation and housing to the children suffering from the disaster item. For the maintenance of orphaned children, a monthly assistance of three thousand rupees will also be given till they attain adulthood.
